What counter does with the information you send us, on this site or through our forms on Facebook and Instagram.

What we collect

When you ask for your app or sign up to our newsletter: your name, your venue's name, your email, your phone, your city, and any details you choose to give us (type of venue, number of locations, message).

Why

Only to get back to you about counter: to answer your request, show you our offer and, if you signed up, send you our monthly newsletter. We never sell or rent your information.

How long

Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can access your information, correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to us at hello@trycomptoir.com. In Australia you can also complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au); in France, to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Who helps us

Our emails go through Google (Gmail), the site is hosted by Vercel, and the Facebook and Instagram forms are provided by Meta.
